ENVISIONEERING: The Art Of Life
Interactive lecture/workshop
Who am I dying to be and how will the world be changed by me? What would your life look like if you were living full blast?
Employs, writing, art and role-play to engage students to playfully challenge themselves and each other into deeper levels of awareness and commitment to personal excellence and balance. Focus is both on a greater personal vision of life along with practical, simple daily tasks. Students have a blast laughing and cheering as I bring them gently into greater honesty and vulnerability. Student leave with a vision map, personal tools and hope.
Objectives:
• Create a vision map & personal tools/affirmations • Participate in role play and self empowerment • Experience the energy of group witnessing • Have fun
Instant Replays
What fumble from your past is now holding you back today?
Interactive games, writing and role-play are the cornerstones of this group workshop. Students revisit a painful experience from their past where they were victimized by someone. By recreating the event, rewriting and then switching roles with the perpetrator, students gain a new insight to old habits that are holding them back, and new choices are offered. It’s also a great way to integrate specific programming topics or campus issues.
Objectives:
• Explore the labels of victim and perpetrator • Experience empowerment and self awareness • Free up energy from releasing resentments • Have fun
